Are you a mobile-only service, or can I bring my RV to a physical location?

We are a fully mobile RV service company. We come to you and perform the requested RV service onsite. We do not operate a physical shop or drop-off facility.

Do you perform manufacturer or extended warranty repairs?

We plan to in the future, however we do not currently perform warranty work. All services are customer-pay unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

What are your business hours? Do you take emergency or after-hours calls?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM – 4:00PM local time.

We do not perform emergency services including roadside assistance and/or repair. If you reach us after hours, we can schedule a follow-up call for the next business day.

Are there any RV services you do not perform?

– Emergency roadside assistance/repairs
– Frame modifications and/or upgrades
– Full RV rebuilds and/or restoration projects
– Full structural repairs due to collisions and/or water damage, including walls, flooring or roofs
– Maintenance or repair on vintage RVs and/or any pre-2010 RVs
– Powertrain-related repairs on motorized RVs, including braking, drivetrain, engine, and transmission systems
– Over-the-road towing and/or towing within the same campground
– RV tank pump-outs and/or cleaning
– RV roof and/or coach coating/refinishing (i.e. ceramic coatings)
– Tire-related repairs, replacements or any trailer brake maintenance
– Washing or waxing RVs
– Work on mobile home/manufactured home trailers or their appliances
– Work on any pop-up campers
– Work on Earthroamers or similarly built “expedition vehicles”

Do you work on all types of RVs?

We work on most RVs (i.e. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A, B, C and “Super C” motor homes). The RV types we do not service are: pop-up campers, vintage RV’s or any RV built before the year 2010, and “expedition vehicles” (i.e. Earthroamers).

What areas do you currently service?

We are a fully mobile RV service company, which means we travel often. We service customers within a 30-mile radius of the posted service area. Click on the “Current Service Area” tab to see where we’re at!

What is your labor cost?

Our labor rate is $175/hr. Service is billed at an hourly rate with a one-hour minimum per appointment. Even when repairs take less than an hour, the minimum covers travel time, diagnostics, professional tooling, and business operating costs. After the first hour, labor is billed in 15-minute increments.

Should the job be wrapped up in less than an hour, we’d be happy to check any other concerns you notice on your RV if desired.

Do you charge a travel or service call fee?

Yes. However, if we are located in the same campground and are still within operating business hours, the service call fee would not apply.

The service call fee is a variable cost that applies to cover travel time and dispatch. This fee will be clearly communicated in the total before your appointment is scheduled.

Is there a mileage limit for service calls?

Yes. Service calls are limited to 30-mile radius from the location shown in the “Current Service Location” page. Locations beyond that radius are out of our service area range.

What should I do to prepare my RV before you arrive?

Please ensure the following is prepped for the appointment to go the most efficiently:
– The RV is accessible and safely positioned/level
– Utilities (shore power, water, propane) are connected if relevant to the issue. Note: Do not unplug or disconnect any wires in the RV or RV appliance. It’s important that we see how your RV is currently set up so we can pinpoint the root cause.
– Pets are secured
– Personal belongings are cleared from the service area

If I already bought a part/component, can you install it for me?

In many cases we can install customer-supplied parts, however, we cannot warranty parts that we did not source directly. If you’re unsure whether a part is correct, we recommend confirming with Rainier. He will likely already have the part/component in his inventory.
